We\u2019re excited to welcome another speaker to WordCamp Slovenia 2026 \u2014 please welcome Martin Mladenov<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martin is a Front-End Team Lead with more than 10 years of experience managing development teams and delivering complex digital projects. With a strong background in software development and a passion for WordPress, he focuses on bridging the gap between technical complexity and user-friendly solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, he has led international teams across well-known companies, including GlobalData Plc and New Statesman Media Group, and is currently working on building a next-generation gaming platform at Sesame Online. His work combines technical expertise with leadership \u2014 something that becomes especially important in today\u2019s remote-first world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At WordCamp Slovenia, Martin will present: \u201cEffective Strategies for Managing Remote Frontend Teams and Overcoming Key Challenges\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
