We\u2019re excited to welcome another speaker to WordCamp Slovenia 2026 \u2014 please welcome Bruno Zagor\u0161\u010dak<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruno is the Chief Content Officer and co-founder of Neuralab, where he leads content strategy across a wide range of ecommerce projects. With nearly two decades of experience, he has worked across video, audio, photography, and written content \u2014 always focusing on how to tell better stories and build stronger connections with audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His work goes beyond content creation. Bruno is deeply involved in shaping how companies communicate, from interactive content to live broadcasts, podcasts, and long-term content strategies. If it involves engaging people and building trust over time, chances are he\u2019s done it \u2014 and refined it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this session, he\u2019ll explore how a podcast can become more than just a content channel \u2014 and instead evolve into a powerful recruiting tool. Rather than chasing candidates, the idea is to build familiarity and trust over time, so the right people naturally gravitate toward your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruno will walk through a simple, practical system for planning and launching a podcast, including how to structure episodes, define your niche, and create content that reflects how your team actually works \u2014 without sounding like traditional recruitment marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The talk also covers the practical side: recording setups, production workflows, and how to repurpose each episode into multiple pieces of content. He\u2019ll also touch on where AI tools can genuinely help \u2014 and where they often create more work than value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
