Behind every WordCamp is a group of people who make the event feel welcoming, organised, and memorable. Volunteers are the ones who greet attendees with a smile, help things run smoothly behind the scenes, and create the friendly atmosphere WordCamps are known for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With WordCamp Slovenia 2026<\/strong> approaching, we\u2019re excited to announce that volunteer applications are now open<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve ever thought about getting more involved in the WordPress community, this is a great place to start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Does It Mean to Volunteer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Volunteering at WordCamp Slovenia is about supporting the event while still being able to enjoy it. Volunteers help in many different ways throughout the day, from assisting attendees and speakers to helping with logistics and community spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference takes place over one full day<\/strong>, and volunteer shifts are planned so you\u2019ll still have time to attend sessions, meet people, and join the social activities in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need previous experience. Whether this is your first WordCamp or you\u2019ve attended many before, you\u2019ll be supported and guided along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volunteering is one of the best ways to experience a WordCamp from the inside. It\u2019s a chance to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
